An item I want is sold out — will it be restocked?
All Brooks 1953 pieces are crafted in small batches, right here in Alberta. Because each item is made by hand, restocks are not always possible. I can do my best to re‑create certain designs, but there are no guarantees that the exact piece will be made again.
How do custom orders work?
Custom orders are available by request and require a 25% non‑refundable deposit at the time of ordering. Each piece is crafted by hand in Alberta, so timelines and availability may vary depending on materials and design. I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life, but please note that custom work cannot be guaranteed to match existing designs exactly.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days via Canada Post.
We ship Monday through Friday — no weekends or holidays.
Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched.
Do you offer refunds?
Brooks 1953 does not issue cash refunds. All approved returns are processed as store credit only.
• Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be in new condition with all labels and packaging intact.
• Final sale items (including earrings, hair accessories, custom orders and gift cards) are not eligible for return or credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days after your return has been received and approved.
I received the wrong item in my order?
If your order arrives and is incorrect or missing an item, please contact us at brooks_1953@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include the following details in your email:
• What is incorrect or missing
• What you should have received
• Your order number
• The email address used for the purchase
We’ll review your order promptly and do our best to resolve the issue.
My item arrived damaged or defective?
If you believe you’ve received a flawed or broken item, please contact us at brooks_1953@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
• A clear photo of the flaw or damage
• Your order number
• The email address used for the purchase
If we are not contacted within 3 days of delivery, we cannot guarantee an exchange will be offered.
