Damages and Issues

•  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy

•  Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

•  Custom orders require a 25% non‑refundable deposit at the time of ordering. This deposit will not be returned if the order is cancelled.

Returns

To initiate a return, please email brooks_1953@outlook.com.

We offer returns in the form of store credit provided items meet the following criteria:

•  Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery date. 

•  Items must be in new condition — not damaged, altered, or worn.

•  All labels and packaging must remain undamaged and be returned with the item.

•  Earrings

•  Hair Accessories

•  Custom Orders

•  Sale Items

•  Gift Cards

Returned Parcels

•  Any parcels returned as “Return to Sender,” “Undeliverable,” or due to mail refusal will incur an additional shipping fee if you wish to have the parcel resent.

•  If you choose not to have the parcel reshipped, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit.

•  This does not apply to items considered final sale — no store credit will be issued if a final sale order is refused.

Important Notes

•  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

•  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

•  Promotions and discounts (including free items as part of a qualifying purchase or coupon codes) will be prorated and applied to the store credit amount.

•  Brooks 1953 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return parcels. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping when sending returns.

Processing Store Credit

Once a return item has been approved and received, your store credit will be processed within 2–3 business days. Store credits are issued via a gift code emailed to you for use on future purchases.

International/USA Returns

•  We do not accept international returns at this time.
