Shipping policy
Shipping Method
• All orders are shipped via Canada Post (within Canada) or Canada Post/USPS (for USA).
• If you require shipping via UPS or Purolator, please contact us at brooks_1953@outlook.com to arrange accommodations before placing your order.
Order Processing
• We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Canadian Shipping
• We are pleased to offer Free Canada-Wide Shipping on all orders over $250 CAD (before taxes and after discounts)
• Orders under $250 CAD will have shipping calculated at checkout.
• Select items may be eligible to ship via oversized lettermail. This option will be available at checkout for eligible items and provides a lower-cost alternative but does not include tracking. Customers choosing this method acknowledge that delivery cannot be monitored once dispatched.
USA Shipping
• All orders to the USA are shipped via Canada Post/USPS.
• Duties and taxes are collected at checkout for all USA orders and remitted appropriately. These costs are determined by the US government and cannot be waived or discounted.
• Your Canada Post tracking number will also serve as your USPS tracking number once the parcel clears customs.
Returned Parcels
• Any parcels returned as “Return to Sender,” “Undeliverable,” or due to an incorrect address will incur an additional shipping fee if you wish to have the parcel resent.
• If you choose not to have the parcel reshipped, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your store credit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
• If you believe your package has been lost or delayed, please submit a claim directly with Canada Post (or USPS) using your tracking information.
